The Conservatorium Hotel on Van Baerlestraat in Amsterdam has been completely renovated. On the side of Van Baerlestraat they created approximately 800m² of retail space. There are several shops with high-quality products, such as Bonebakker jewelry, La Casa del Habano, Skins Cosmetics, Kabana restort wear, Meraki Hair, Shamballa and Club Cinq.
B&O Retail advised the landlord on leasing the retail spaces.
