From January 2020, the Italian high end fashion brand Versace, will lease a store, consisting of a ground loor, a basement and a first floor, at P.C. Hooftstraat 95 in Amsterdam. The luxury brand was established in 1978 by Gianni Versace. In December 2018, Michael Kors acquired all shares in Gianni Versace S.r.l. for 2.12 billion, Donatella Versace remained as artistic director of the brand. A long term lease agreement in line with market conditions was concluded with the landlord.
