RIMOWA leases “The Looking Glass” at P.C. Hooftstraat 138 Amsterdam

‘The looking Glass’ in P.C. Hooftstraat 138 Amsterdam is leased to RIMOWA.

‘The looking Glass’ has a unique – UNStudio designed façade, consisting of three structural glass box elements, each of which was factory assembled and installed on site.

The retail space has a total area of 340 m², spread over three floors, which are accessed, among other things, by a consumer lift.

RIMOWA is a manufacturer of luxury luggage and was founded in Cologne in 1898. RIMOWA suitcases are known for their silver aluminium grooves, which are characteristic of the brand. Its headquarters and production have been located in Cologne for 120 years, and in October 2016 RIMOWA joined the LVMH Group. There are 162 shops worldwide and this flagship store is expected to open to the public in mid-2025.

A long-term lease was signed at market rental terms. Landlord was represented by B&O Retail in association with Dentons Amsterdam.
