At the beginning of 2023, Nespresso will open a brand new Boutique in the heart of Amsterdam, on the corner of Van Baerlestraat and Willemsparkweg. The new location has a total surface of 468 m², of which approx. 150 m² will be decorated as a shop floor according to the latest retail concept that currently can only be found in London and Lausanne.

B&O Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Parties have agreed upon a lease according to market conditions.
