Gucci, the well-known brand from the French luxury conglomerate Kering Group, leases 740 m² of retail space in the P.C. Hooftstraat, making it the largest store in the street. It concerned the three house numbers 89-91-93, which have been completely renovated, including the characteristic white plastered facades, into one retail space divided over the basement, ground floor and first floor.
The fitting out and furnishing works are being carried out by Italian interior designers which has been delayed due to the Covid-19 crisis. The store is expected to open its doors to the public at the end of 2020.
Parties have agreed a long-term lease agreement at market conditions.
B&O Retail concluded the transaction on behalf of the landlord.
