Medio 2018, the luxurious, Italian brand Fendi has opened a flagship store at P.C. Hooftstraat 71 in Amsterdam.
The retail space has a surface of approx. 230 m², divided over 2 levels. The shop interior is designed by Dimore Studio. Fendi sells, amongst other things, leather goods, accessories and ready to wear women’s and men’s fashion.
Landlord has concluded a new, long term lease agreement with successive lessee in line with market conditions. The vacating lessee was represented by Harper Dennis Hobbs in co-operation with CMS.
The landlord was represented by B&O RETAIL in co-operation with Dentons Boekel.
