The French brand, Ba&sh, has leased its third store in The Netherlands at Hartenstraat, one of the most popular shopping streets in the 9 streets area.
The retail space has a surface of approx. 135 m² on the ground floor, making it one of the largest stores in this area. Parties have agreed on a long-term lease agreement at market conditions. Ba&sh has taken over this store from the previous tenant, HOPE.
The brand has been established in 2003 by two friends, Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, whose initials created the name of the brand. Their collections consist of daily wearable clothes made of luxury fabrics. In 2015, the luxury conglomerate LVMH invests in Ba&sh and in 2019 a men’s line follows. In the spring of 2020, Ba&sh has 245 stores world-wide, most of them under their own management.
B&O Retail advised the vacating tenant.
