The size of the store is 145 m² and parties agreed on a long term lease agreement at market conditions. Cornelis Schuytstraat has proven to be a lively shopping street during Corona, and will soon welcome 3 new retail formulas. The combination between day horeca and stores for the daily necessities as well as fashion formulas is a good example of how a varied offline range draws the consumer to the shopping streets.
