NIxx noten en delicatessen leases the retail space at Cornelis Schuytstraat 37 in Amsterdam. It’s the third store in Amsterdam with Dutch and foreign cheeses, freshly roasted nuts, wines and chocolates. A long-term lease has been concluded against market-compliant rental conditions.
B&O retail represented the lessor and a private investor.
