The Danish design furniture brand Carl Hansen & Søn has already opened 13 flagship stores around the world and now the first in the Netherlands. In 1908 the Dane Carl Hansen started his furniture making business. The strength of the Carl Hansen & Søn brand lies in the pride of handmade exclusive wooden furniture where craftsmanship and quality are central. Since Knud Erik Hansen (the grandson of Carl Hansen), became the third generation leader of the family business in 2002, Carl Hansen & Søn has significantly expanded its international status. In this transaction, the lessor was represented by B&O Retail as well as the Amsterdamse Maatschappij.
