Kingdom of Sweets has leased a retail space of approx. 1,320 m², divided over 3 floors, at Nieuwendijk 141 in Amsterdam. Established in 2004, Kingdom of Sweets have grown into one of the largest confectionery retailers in the UK, specialising in retailing confectionery from all over the world. The retail space in Amsterdam is their first store in The Netherlands. Parties have agreed on a 10-year lease agreement at market conditions B&O Retail represented the landlord, Shout Retail Properties in cooperation with Harper Dennis Hobbs represented the tenant.
