The American shoe label Allbirds opens a first flagship store at Hartenstraat 15 in Amsterdam. After years of research, Tim Brown and Joey Zwillinger made a revolutionary woolen fabric specially developed for footwear, resulting in a completely new category of washable shoes made from 100% natural materials. Allbirds already opened stores in London, New York, Berlin, Beijing, Auckland, Los Angeles and now also in Amsterdam.
B&O RETAIL and Brickstone Retail represented the landlord Blackstone in this transaction and have agreed a rent in line with market conditions. Allbirds was represented by CB Richard Ellis.
