The Lobby at Kruiskade 64-76 in Rotterdam offers 3,500 square metres of luxury retail and high-end hospitality in a Triple-A environment. Designed by KAAN Architects, the project combines architectural perfection with a deep appreciation for quality and the history of Rotterdam.
The ground floor of The Lobby offers space for exclusive shops, complemented by high-quality catering establishments. The restaurant, measuring almost 1,000 square metres, forms the beating heart of the building, culminating in the pavilion with its 640 square metre roof garden. Here, visitors can enjoy a high-level culinary experience, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the city.
Caesar has leased 1,000 m² of retail space in the right-hand section of The Lobby. Here, it will showcase luxury brands such as Brunello Cucinelli, Zegna, Berluti, Zilli and Brett Johnson. In the left section of The Lobby, a corner unit with mezzanine (410 m²) and an intermediate unit with mezzanine (428 m²) are still available, and discussions are underway with various candidates for the catering sector.
