Christian Dior has concluded a lease agreement with the owners of P.C. Hooftstraat 56-58 in Amsterdam, commencing 1 March 2021 with a lease term of 13 months. Reason for this is that the current Dior store at P.C. Hooftstraat 100 is constructionally being joined with the store at P.C. Hooftstraat 102.

The store, with a surface of 400 m², was formerly leased by Gucci, which relocated to a store of 750 m² at P.C. Hooftstraat 91.

Christian Dior will furnish and redecorate the temporary store as well as adjust the facace to the current Dior standard so that the sale is not hindered.

B&O Retail has concluded this transaction against market terms.
