The luxury brand, Balenciaga, has leased 240 m² retail space at P.C. Hooftstraat 99/corner Van de Veldestraat in Amsterdam.
Balenciaga is a luxury fashion house, which was established in 1917 by the Spanish designer Christóbal Balenciaga in San Sebastiàn, Spain and now has her headquarters in Paris, France. Balenciaga is part of Kering Group to which also brands such as Gucci, Boucheron, Saint Laurent and Bottega Veneta belong.
The Italian partner of B&O Retail, Josas Immobiliare Srl, represented the vacating tenant in this transaction.
