In 1992 Christian Louboutin started his own shop in the Parisian shopping arcade Vero Dodat. Nowadays he designs and produces in Parabiago; a industrial village in the direct vicinity of Milan. In the meantime, there are over 100 Louboutin stores worldwide. In addition to woman’s and men’s shoes there is also a bags and a cosmetic line.
The landlord (a private investor), was advised by B&O Retail.
