The brand Balenciaga is owned by the multinational Kering Group, which also includes brands as Gucci and Bottega Veneta. These brands already have stores located in the P.C. Hooftstraat.
The Italian partner of B&O Retail, Josas Immobiliare Srl, represented the vacating tenant in this transaction.
