Kruidvat opened a store on Beethovenstraat in Amsterdam. The retail space comprises approximately 400 m\u00b2 on the ground floor and approximately 100 m\u00b2 in the basement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kruidvat was founded in 1975 and is part of the AS Watson Group, the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer with over 17,000 shops, 12 retail brands, 31 markets and more than 130,000 employees worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Netherlands and Belgium, Kruidvat is the market leader in the health and beauty market with over 1,250 shops and more than 25,000 employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A long-term lease agreement has been concluded at market conditions. B&O Retail acted on behalf of the landlord, DE JONG GROEP, in this transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
