The company has stores worldwide and also several production facilities in Europe to minimize transportation distances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The retail space has a total area of approximately 125 m\u00b2, consisting of the first floor and a second floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entire commercial plinth of the property has now been successfully leased by B&O Retail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B&O Retail represented the lessor Streim Monumenten B.V. in this transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n
