At the beginning of 2023, Nespresso will open a brand new Boutique in the heart of Amsterdam, on the corner of Van Baerlestraat and Willemsparkweg. The new location has a total surface of 468 m\u00b2, of which approx. 150 m\u00b2 will be decorated as a shop floor according to the latest retail concept that currently can only be found in London and Lausanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nestl\u00e9 Nespresso SA is a leading pioneer of the highest quality portioned coffee. With sales aimed at both the consumer and the business market, Nespresso hopes to continue to suprise consumers and offer new experiences with the arrival op this Boutique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nespresso is headquarterd in Vevey, Switzerland. The company is active in 81 countries and has more than 13,000 employees. In 2022, the company will operate in a worldwide retail network of 802 boutiques, 13 of which will be in The Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B&O Retail represented the landlord in this transaction. Parties have agreed upon a lease according to market conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
