French luxury goods manufacturer Hermès will open a 350 sq. m flagship store in Crystal Houses in Amsterdam at the end of 2018.

The interior of the store will be designed by RDAI- Architecture, the Parisian agency in charge of the identity of all Hermès store worldwide.

Crystal Houses, designed by MVRDV and located on P.C. Hooftstraat 94 in Amsterdam is a retail building totally 675 sq. m surface, with a replica façade made entirely out of glass bricks with the goal to maintain the character of the site.
From its completion in 2016, Crystal Houses won a number of design and architecture awards.

The landlord was advised by B&O Retail Estate Agents, as letting agent.
